DEPOSIT: Our deposit is half of the facility fee—it is non-refundable, but is applied towards the balance. The balance is due the week of your event.

Catering is additional

Service Charge: 25% of food cost (includes servers, buffet set-up, wedding cake cutting, and clean-up during and after event)
Service Charge: 35% of food cost (for plated and served meals)
Bar Fee: $300.00 includes bar set-up, all cups, napkins, use of margarita machine, bar clean-up and one bartender
Each additional bartender is $150
*Client supplies all alcohol and juices for event*

*Outdoor Wedding Chair Rental Fee: $1.00 each white plastic folding chair plus $60 delivery and pick-up fee
